What should we focus on improving job or business in 2021
WHAT SHOULD WE FOCUS ON IMPROVING JOB OR BUSINESS
WHICH IS BETTER : JOB or BUSINESS
What is the Job?
It is best identified as a full-time or part-time position of paid employment. It also refers to the duty or responsibility. In a world of employment there exist three jobs
1.TRADES
Trades are manual jobs. However, for somebody to work in trade they need to have qualifications.
Eg. Plumbers, Electricians, Bakers.
2.PROFESSIONAL
In the profession, you need a university degree. Doctors, dentists, lawyers, scientists, etc come under this category.
3.UNSKILLED JOBS
It requires no qualifications. cleaners, fruit pickers, and janitors come under this category.
WHAT IS BUSINESS?
The Activities which are engaged in production and Distribution as well as exchange of goods for earning of profit.
JOB vs BUSINESS Comparison
After your education when it comes to work or earnings then there are only three choices for you to choose from.
- Start your own business if you have money to invest.
- Get a job but if you don’t have much money to invest in a business then go for the third choice.
- Get a job then save some money and then start a business
But I recommend business over a job.
NO LIMIT ON MONEY
- As everyone knows that people work only for “money”.In a job, there is a limit to it but in Business, there is no limit.
- Everyone wants limitless money, don’t you? If you have a job then you will get a fixed monthly salary for your work, which may be increased with an ” unnoticeable amount” after a year or two.
- But when it comes to your own business then there is no limit for money to come in. you can get as many profits as you want with your hard work.
- You may also earn ten times more than a salaried person.
NO TIME RESTRICTIONS IN BUSINESS
- If you have your own business then there are no time restrictions for you.
- While in a job you have to fix yourself in the fixed time interval set by your employer, usually that is 8 hours.
- Whereas in your own business there are no restrictions for you. You can work or you can even work more to make more profits.
BE YOUR OWN BOSS
- In your own business, you have your own rules and don’t have to wait for “yes” from the boss to implement the new idea.
- In a job sometimes you can’t even provide benefits to “your boss” in certain conditions.
- But in your own business, you can go beyond the limits and rules to make your business successful.
- The other dark side of a job is that you have to answer every question asked by your boss but in business as if you can ask you anything.
DON’T HAVE TO RETIRE
- In a job, you have to retire from your work after a time decided by the company.
- If you have a job then what will be the source of your income after your retirement? That is the point to think about.
- But in your business, you don’t have to think about these types of things because in your own business it’s up to you if you want to retire or not.
MAKE OWN IDENTITY
- When you have your own business then you have your own identity which makes you different from other employees.
- For example, when you tell anyone that you have your own business then it makes a “Good impression of you on others”.
YOU WILL NEVER HAVE TO WAIT FOR HOLIDAYS
- In a job you have to wait for holidays or weekends to get a break from the ” Work burden”.
- But in business, you don’t have to wait for holidays, you can go on vacations anytime you want.
BENEFITS OF JOB vs BUSINESS
